clean facilities, pet-friendly policy, modern decor
Management could enhance guest satisfaction by addressing billing disputes more efficiently!!! Additionally, noise disturbances from heavy doors and unsupervised children could detract from a peaceful stay. The pool not being heated is a letdown!!!

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with a well-maintained lobby and bar area. Cozy guest rooms equipped with thoughtful amenities like complimentary water and coffee. The pet-friendly policy was a highlight, providing ample green space and ensuring a secure environment for animals. However, my room had areas that needed attention, including dust on furniture and unclean surfaces, leading to an overall less-than-satisfactory experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made our kids feel welcome. We took the little ones to the nearby CSA OrthoCarolina Sportsplex, which was a hit. Our room was spacious and comfortable for our family.
My kids wished there was a designated play area for them to burn off energy.

The hotel had a fresh and modern vibe, which made the stay enjoyable. My room was clean and cozy with chic decor. The staff greeted me warmly, and they were always quick to help. The gym had impressive equipment, including a Peleton bike, which I appreciated. Also, the location in Ballantyne was convenient to many shops and restaurants. However, I did face a few inconveniences. The refrigerator in the room made a constant humming noise, which disrupted my sleep. I also had trouble with a loud AC unit that screeched when the fan turned on. The breakfast was not included, and it seemed pricey for what you got. I noticed the doors are super heavy, making quite a noise when they closed, which was distracting at times. I thought there could have been better soundproofing, especially since I could hear neighbors in the hallway clearly.
